An economist with a mathematical disposition, I've worked for five years in the business analysis and econometrics fields, involved mainly in international projects. Currently a Business Analyst working at Euroconsumers, European consumer organization, I critically analyse business requirements, supporting the change of their business model and evolving the strategy in becoming a better online service provider.
With a combined passion for business and mathematics, I was at home analysing business levers on numerous European projects. I've worked at CornerJob, Barcelona-based leading blue-collar recruitment app, serving as a Sales Operations Project Manager. My prior experiences include both Wavemaker (formerly MEC), one of the world's leading media agency networks, and Euromonitor International, London-based market intelligence firm providing strategy research for consumer markets.
I confidently build econometric models, connect marketing mix, as well as various business levers and transform insights into effective strategic recommendations. Moreover, I'm fluent in quantitative and qualitative analysis of companies, competitive landscapes and consumer industries. This came naturally to me through my solid foundation in economics, and more specifically my focus on econometrics, statistics and market research at the Warsaw School of Economics where I received a master's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems.
Apart from my analytics skills, I also have experience in the fields of project coordination and team management. By organising some of the biggest Polish job fairs in Warsaw for 10,000 visitors, I've learned how to coordinate the work of a 17-person team and manage crisis situations together with problem solving. I'm a confident public speaker, able to work effectively under pressure.
My mother tongue is Polish but I am also fluent in English, as well as Italian and Spanish. I practiced and perfected these languages during a student exchange in Madrid and collaboration with various international companies.
Whenever inspired, my creative side comes out in both drawing and photography, thanks to which I have developed good PowerPoint and Photoshop skills. Those definitely help to transform complex data into an understandable story that makes it enjoyable to the receiver.
